How are Bows, Etc. bows created?
A:
All of our products are handmade with care, ensuring you the best quality. None of our products are outsourced, and we do not have plans to do so at this time.

What kinds of ribbon does Bows, Etc. use for our products?
A:
We use exceptional quality grosgrain, satin, and velvet ribbons in the making of our products. Unless otherwise stated, products are made with grosgrain by default.
Q: Care
How do I care for my Bows, Etc. Bows?
A:
If your bows get dirty, you can rinse them with soap and warm water and let them air dry.
Please do not leave bows in the sun or in your car or any other place with extremely high temperatures, as this may cause bows and/or adhesive to melt.
Bows, Etc. bows are made to withstand normal wear and tear. Bows, Etc. is not responsible for damage due to extreme heat or damage occurring outside of normal use. Please remember, bows are not toys- they contain small parts, and small children should ALWAYS be supervised during use.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We are located in Australia, and use Australia Post as our shipper. You can find information about shipping rates here: Postage Calculator.
Q: How long?
How long does it take for my order to be shipped? Once shipped, how long will it take to get to me?
A:
Most orders take 2 days to process before shipment, unless the order is exceptionally large.
Within Australia -
Within the NT: 1-3 working days
Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart: 3-5 working days
Other Australian cities outside the NT: 4-6 working days
To the US, packages take approximately 4-6 working days
